Positive: Everything about this hotel was perfect. The room I was in was absolutely gorgeous and had every single amenity I could think of. The one thing that really stood out to me in particular were the staff. The room service staff were the KINDEST people I’ve ever met including the staff who are by the pool. This for me made my experience SO SO special. Not to also mention I went as a solo traveller and met so many kind genuine people by the pool too which was nice. By far this was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life!
